📋 Terms and Conditions
Use of services
By using PROMAIL.LV services, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them in full.
PROMAIL.LV email hosting services are intended only for lawful purposes, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union. The user undertakes not to use the services for distributing spam, fraudulent activities, or any other unlawful purposes.
Licence activation and term
After successful payment, the licence is activated automatically and immediately. The licence has a defined validity period, specified in the service description.
After the term expires, the licence is automatically deactivated if it is not renewed. PROMAIL.LV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
💳 Licence Returns and Refunds
Refund policy
In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights:
Digital content licences that have been fully activated and put into use are non-returnable and non-refundable.
By purchasing a licence, you expressly agree that provision of the service begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply to an activated licence.
Exceptional cases
A refund is possible only in the following cases:
— the licence has not been activated due to a technical error on the PROMAIL.LV side;
— a duplicate payment has been made for the same licence.
To have a claim reviewed, please contact us within 14 days of the payment date by writing to support@promail.lv.
🔒 Privacy Policy
Data collection
The legal basis for data processing is performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests. Data is stored only as long as necessary (accounting — 5 years). Cookies — only those technically required to maintain the session.
Your rights
When writing an email, use a subject like "Question", "Complaint", "Support", etc. support@promail.lv. Write on WhatsApp to get a faster reply.
